The
JSB DRO (dielectric resonator oscillator) uses a FET circuit developed
by JSB Service Company, Ltd and provides a frequency stability of
+/- 1 MHz over a temperature range of -30 to +60 degrees Centigrade.
We
offer the DRO in the 14 pin DIP package in a wide range of frequencies
including a 1.0 GHz quarter wave dielectric line oscillator. A
Surface Mount Moisture Resistant Package Is Available.
JSB
can manufacture custom frequencies upon request. Production frequencies
are listed below:

Frequencies from 1 GHz to 21 GHz.
The
14 pin DIP is standard--the package is a hermetically sealed metal case with
two
wire leads. All frequencies are available in a surface mount, moisture resistant
package.
The
VCO/DRO has four leads and two mounting
studs. Frequencies from 1.000 to 21 GHz are available. Output power
is
+7dbm minimum below 12 GHz and + 5dbm from 12 GHZ to 21 GHz. The electronic tuning gives
10 MHz change with 0 to +10Vdc input. Contact
us for more details and frequency availability for your
exact requirement. Custom frequency units are available.
